氨溴索和肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的对比观察

目的 比较氨溴索和肺表面活性物质（PS）治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的效果。方法将47例NRDS随机分为两组，氨溴索组22例，30mg／（kg·d），分3～4次静脉给药，连用3d；PS组25例，首剂200mg／kg，气管内给药，重复100mg／kg，间隔6h以上，最多用3次。结果氨溴索组治愈13例占59．18％，好转3例占13．6％，死亡6例占27．3％；PS组治愈18例占72％，好转2例占8％，死亡5例占20％。两组比较，PS组疗效高于氨溴索组，但差异无统计学意义（X^2=0．87，P〉0．05），死亡率比较差异无统计学意义（X^2=0．35，P〉0．05）。结论氨溴索与PS治疗NRDS的效果相当。

Ambroxol and pulmonary surfactant treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome contrast observation

Objective Comparison ambroxol and pulmonary surfactant （PS） in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS） results. Methods 47 cases NRDS were randomly divided into 2 groups,ambroxol Group 22 cases,30 mg/（ kg· d） , in3-4 times intravenous injection for 3 days; PS Group 25 cases,the first dose 200 mg/kg, intratracheal administration,repeated 100 mg/kg, spacing six hours over a maximum of three times. Results Ambroxol group cured 13 cases accounted for 59.18% ,improved three cases accounted for 13.6% ,died 6 cases accounted for 27.3% ;PS group cured 18 cases accounted for 72% , improved 2 cases accounted for 8% ,died 5 cases of 20%. Between 2 groups, PS group efficacy than ambroxol group,but not significantly different （X^2 = 0. 87, P 〉 0. 05 ）, the mortality rate is not significantly different （X^2 = 0.35, P 〉 0, 05）. Conclusion Ambroxol PS treatment NRDS and the results are pretty.
