摘    要:目的:探讨男性尿路感染致病菌的分布及其耐药情况。方法:对152例男性尿路感染患者尿培养及药敏试验结果进行分析。结果:致病菌169株中革兰氏阴性杆菌占61.54%,其中大肠杆菌占31.95%,革兰氏阳性球菌占18.34%,真菌占20.12%;致病菌对常用抗生素耐药性逐渐加重。结论:男性尿路感染致病菌仍以大肠杆菌为主,但球菌及真菌感染明显增加,临床上应重视尿路感染的耐药问题,根据药敏合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate distribution of pathogens and antibiotic resistant state in urinary tract infection in men. Methods: Distribution and antibiotics sensitivity test of pathogens in 152 cases of urinary tract infection in men were analyzed. Results: 169 pathogens isolated from 152 patients ,Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 61.54%,with 31.95% of Colon bacilli. Gram-positive Cocci accounted for 18.34%,Fungi accounted for 20.12%.The resistance rate to antibiotics of pathogens had increasing tendency. Conclusion: Colon bacilli is still the major pathogen in urinary tract infection in men ,but there is a tendency toward increased proportion of Gram-positive cocci and fungi. Clinical doctors should pay attention to antibiotics resistance of bacteria in urinary tract infection and choice antibiotics reasonable under the guidance of anti-microbial sensitivity test.
