白山片的薄层色谱鉴别方法研究

目的建立白山片中白鲜皮、山豆根、北豆根的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对白山片处方中主要的3味中药白鲜皮、山豆根、北豆根进行定性鉴别。结果各供试品色谱中，在与对照色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。色谱清晰、无杂质斑点干扰。结论本文所制定的方法专属性强，重复性好，可有效地控制白山片的质量。

Identification of Baishan Tablets by thin layer chromatography

Objective To establish a method for identification of Cortex Dictamni,Radix Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis and Rhizoma Menispermi in Baishan Tablets. Methods Quatitative identification of the main components of Cortex Dictamni, Radix Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis and Rhizoma Menispermi was performed with thin layer chromatography in Baisban Tablets. Results The test samples and their respective reference substances were alike in that the same color chromatographic spots were noted at the corresponding places, The color spectra of the samples were clear yet without interference of surrounding impurity. Conclusion The method developed is accurate and reproducible, thus it can be used for quality control of Baishan Tablets.
