摘    要:目的 探讨^99Tc^m-双半胱乙酯(ECD)脑血流灌注显像评价脑肿瘤术牵拉伤局部脑血流量(rCBF)改变的价值。方法 对21例脑肿瘤病人手术前后进行脑血流灌注断层显像,测量rCBF减低区范围,半定时法比较和分析术前肿瘤周围皮层及术后牵拉区rCBF的改变。对术后牵拉伤rCBF减低区分为内,外侧,并测定半定量值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the rCBF of brain retraction injury by 99 Tc m ECD SPECT imaging Methods The 99 Tc m ECD SPECT brain imaging was performed in 21 patients with brain tumor before and after operation To compare the rCBF of peripheral tumor region with that of retraction injury region by semi quantitative analysis The rCBF levels of the central and peripheral areas of brain retraction injury were also studied Results Both the peripheral tumor region before operation and retraction region after operation were ischemic, but the difference between them was significant (P<0 01) The ischemia of central retraction areas was worse than that of peripheral retraction areas (P<0 001) The rCBF was decreasing gradually from the periphery to the center of retraction For patients with postoperative hemiparalysis rCBF became higher when they recovered from hemiparalysis Conclusions 99 Tc m ECD SPECT brain imaging is a useful technique in detecting retraction injury come from brain tumor operation
