丹参川芎嗪注射液联合知柏地黄丸治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗察

目的：观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合知柏地黄丸治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法：将早期糖尿病肾病患者126例随机分为治疗组63例，对照组63例。治疗组和对照组在控制血压血糖及抗感染等方面基本一致。治疗组丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml＋5％葡萄糖注射液250ml＋胰岛繁3U静脉点滴，1次／d，联合应用知柏地黄丸口服6粒，每日3次；对照组用丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml＋5％葡萄糖注射液250ml＋胰岛素3U静脉点滴，1次／d。两组均连续用药4周。结果：相对于对照组治疗组患者24h尿白蛋白和血肌酐降低（p〈0．05）。结论：丹参川芎嗪注射液联合知柏地黄丸相对于单一应用丹参川芎嗪可更好的降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的尿白蛋白和血肌酐，有利于早期DN的治疗。
