内服外敷加味丹栀逍遥汤治疗乳腺增生临床观察

目的：观察加味丹栀逍遥汤对乳腺增生的治疗效果。方法：对67例患者采用加味丹栀逍遥汤治疗,每日1 剂,每剂2 煎,早晚温服，经期停药, 1月为1 疗程,并用药渣外敷30分钟。对照组：口服乳癖消片，每次5片,每天3 次,经期停药, 1个月为1 疗程。结 果：治疗组总有效率（91.05 %）、痊愈率（52.24 %）、均明显高于对照组总有效率（73.77 %）和治愈率（21.31 %）（P 〈0.05）。结论：内服外敷加味丹栀逍遥汤对乳腺增生有较好疗效。

Clinic Observation of Supplemented Danzhi Peripatetic Decoction in Oral and External Applications in Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

To observe the curative effect of Supplemented Danzhi Peripatetic Decoction （SDPD） in treating patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods The patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into two groups. 67 of SDPD group were treated in oral and external application, po, hid, meanwhile external applieafi6n with herbal residues, hid, for 1 month. 61 of control were done with Ru Pi Xiao Tablet, 5 tablets each time, po, ticl, for 1 month. Results Total effective rate （91.05%） and cure rate （52.24%） of the tested were significantly more than total effective rate （73.77%） and cure rate （21.31%） of the eontol, respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion SDPD is effective against hyperplasia of mammary glands in oral and external application.
