摘    要:目的:通过测定口腔溃疡黏膜上皮细胞,研究细胞核内DNA分布区的改变。方法:在丁卡因表麻下用小毛刷刷取1:3腔溃疡处上皮细胞,经固定后,制成1-2张玻片,行Feulgen染色做DNA倍体测定,将出现DNA分布区变化病例的溃疡组织活检行病理组织检查。结果:46例病例中有12例在口腔异倍体细胞定量测定后发现5c(7%±2.6%)、7c(11%±4.3%)和9c(16%±5%)细胞核内高DNA分布区明显较2c细胞(2%±1.2%)增多(£一配对比较,P〈0.05)。12例病例病理证实7例中度异常增生、4例异常增生、1例浸润癌。结论:口腔溃疡病变组织中、重度不典型增生和浸润癌的病例可出现DNA倍体异常并伴有核内高DNA分布区增大。

The research on the DNA distribution area change of oral ulcer lesions.

Abstract:Abstract] Objective:To research the DNA distribution area change in the nuclei through the determination of oral ul- cer mucous membrane epithelial cells. Method:Epithelial cells in oral ulcer were took with a small brush under surface anesthesia of tetracaine ,after being fixed,smear were made centrifugal 1-2 pieces of glass, then Feulgen stained,DNA ploidy were measured, the oral ulcer lesions which had the DNA distribution area change were made a biopsy histopatholog- ic examination. Result:The research showed that 12 cases in 46 cases after oral heteroploid cell quantitative determination found 5 c (7 %±2.6 %) 7 c (11%±4.3 %) and 9 c (16 %±5 %). High DNA distribution area in the nuclei were significantly increased compared with 2 c cells (2 %±1.2 %) (t-paired comparison,P 〈 0.05). 12 cases were confirmed by pathology that 7 cases were moderately abnormal hyperplasia,4 cases were abnormal hyperplasia and 1 case was invasive cancer. Conclu- sion:The cases of severe atypical hyperplasia and invasive cancer in oral cavity ulcer lesions have the expression of abnor- mal DNA ploidy and high DNA area increased in nuclear.
