中药辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床观察

目的观察常规西药加中药口服联合保留灌肠辅助治疗重症胰腺炎临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,试验组在西医常规治疗的基础上,加用中药柴胡承气汤口服联合大承气汤保留灌肠。观察两组患者症状、体征、血白细胞计数、淀粉酶、器官功能障碍情况及病死率,比较两组总有效率。结果试验组治疗重症胰腺炎的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。试验组未见明确与中药治疗相关的严重不良反应。结论常规西药加中药口服联合灌肠辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎,可显著提高疗效。

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine adjuvant therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese herbal medicine adjuvant therapy by oral combined with retention enema on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The test group were treated with traditional Chinese herbal medicine by oral combined with retention enema on the basis of conventional western medicine. Two groups were observed symptoms, signs, white blood cell count, serum amylase, organ function and mortality. The total effective rates were compared. Results The total effective rate of test group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect can be improved in the patients with severe acute panereatitis who used traditional Chinese herbal medicine adjuvant therapy by oral combined with retention enema.
