尿毒症血液透析患者透析前后免疫及炎性状态变化

目的探讨尿毒症血液透析患者透析前后免疫及炎性状态的变化情况。方法选取2010年8月～2012年3月于本院进行血液透析的41例尿毒症患者为观察组,同期41名健康者为对照组,将观察组透析前、透析后2周、4周、8周和对照组的免疫球蛋白及其补体C3、C4、红细胞免疫指标和血清IL-6、CRP、IL-8、TNF-α进行比较。结果观察组透析前至透析后2周、4周、8周免疫球蛋白及其补体C3、C4、RFER、RBC-C3bR持续升高,血清IL-6、CRP、IL-8、TNF-α、RFIR及RBC-ICR持续降低,且均与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析可明显改善尿毒症患者的免疫及炎性状态。

Change of Immune and Inflammatory State of Patients with Uremia before and after the Hemodialysis

Objective To study the change of immune and inflammatory state of patients with uremia before and after the hemodialysis. Methods 41 uremia patients treated with hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2012 were selected as observation group ,and 41 healthy personnel at the same time were selected as control group. Then the immunoglobulin and its complement C3 ,C4,erythrocyte immune indexes ,serum IL-6 ,CRP,IL-8,TNF-α of observation group before and after the hemodialysis at second,forth and eighth week were compared with those of control group. Re suits The immunoglobulin and its complement C3, C4, RFER and RBC -C3bR of observation group before and after hemodialysis at second, forth and eighth week showed continuously increasing, serum IL-6,CRP,IL-8,TNF-α, RFIR and RBC-ICR showed continuously decreasing, while these indexes had significant differences to those of control group （P〈 0.05）.
