深圳市孕妇血清微量元素分析

摘    要:目的 :探讨深圳市孕妇在不同孕期血清微量元素变化规律。方法 :按孕周将 6 4 8名孕妇分为早孕 (小于16周 )、中孕 (16~ 2 8周 )、晚孕 (大于 2 8周 ) 3个实验组 ,132名正常体检妇女作为对照组 ,采用原子吸收光谱法测定孕妇及对照组妇女血清微量元素含量 ,比较实验组及对照组血清微量元素值。结果 :孕妇在早孕期血清铜含量及铜 /锌比值显著升高 ,并随孕周增加进一步升高 ;血清锌、钙、镁含量则显著下降 ,并随孕周增加进一步降低 ;血清铁含量在早孕期与对照组比较无显著差异 ,而从中孕期开始显著下降。随着孕周的增加 ,缺乏锌、铁、钙、镁的孕妇比例也升高。结论 :深圳市孕妇早孕期起即应注意锌、钙、镁元素的补充 ,中孕期起应注意加强铁营养的补充。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the variety of trace elements in the serum from pregnant woman in different pregnant week in Shenzhen. Methods: The 648 pregnant women were put into three groups by different pregnant week,(the early group: <16w; the middle group: 16~28w; the late group: >28w) compared with 132 non-pregnant women. The contents of trace elements in the serum of these women were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS), and the results were analysed by comparing the values of experimental groups and the control group. Results: The content of copper and copper/zinc ratio of women in early pregnant period increased notablely, and went up higher with the increasing pregnancy week. The contents of zinc, calcium and magnesium reduced notablely in early pregnant period, and get lower along with the adding of pregnancy week. The content of iron in the serum reduced notablely in the middle and late pregnant period, and that showed no difference with the compared group in early pregnant period. The percent of pregnant women lacking on iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium went up notablely with the increased pregnant week either. Conclusion: The pregnant women in Shenzhen should be supplied with zinc, calcium and magnesium in their early pregnant period, and supplied with iron from middle pregnancy.
