| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法 对 60例患者根据辨证分型进行腹部透刺、耳穴贴压及神阙灸疗等综合治疗。结果与结论 总有效率为93. 3%,各证型间总有效率无显著差异 (P>0. 05),表明只要按照中医辨证进行取穴与施针,都能取得较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on simple obesity.Methods Sixty patients received a composite treatment of abdominal penetration acupuncture, auricular plaster therapy and point Shenque moxibustion according to classification based on syndrome differentiation.Results and conclusion The total efficacy rate from this treatment was 93.3% . There was no significant difference in the total efficacy rate between different types of syndrome( P < 0.05 ). It is indicated that a satisfactory result can be obtained as long as points are selected for acupuncture according to classification based on syndrome differentiation. |
