高效液相色谱法测定甘草黄酮阿魏酸乳膏中阿魏酸含量

目的建立甘草黄酮阿魏酸乳膏中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法采用KromasilC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-0．3％冰醋酸（25：75）；流速为1．0ml／min；柱温25℃；检测波长320nm；进样量20μl。结果阿魏酸浓度为2．26-36．16μg／ml时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为97．50％，RSD为1．73％（n=6）。结论本方法准确、简便、重现性好，可作为该品种中阿魏酸的定量检测方法。

Content Determination of Ferulic Acid in Glycyrrhiza Flavonoid and Ferulic Acid Cream by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Objective To eastablish a method to determine ferulic acid in Glycyrrhiza Flavonoid and Ferulic Acid Cream.Methods Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% glacial acetic acid(25∶75);the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm;the column temperature was at 25℃;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the sampling size was 20 μl.Results There was a linear relationship between the concentration of ferulic acid and the peak area with the range of 2.26 to 36.16 μg/ml(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 97.50%,and RSD was 1.73%(n=6).Conclusion This method can be used for content determination of ferulic acid in this preparation because of its accuracy,high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
