原发性肝癌组织中PDGF和PDGFR表达及与微血管计数的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨原发性肝癌组织中血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)和血小板衍生生长因子受体 (PDGFR)表达及与微血管计数 (MVC)的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 3 8例原发性肝癌手术切除标本PDGF和PDGFR的表达情况及MVC。结果 PDGF和PDGFR表达阳性率与原发性肝癌病理类型、分化程度、肿块大小、有无包膜及肝硬化程度无明显关系 (P >0 0 5 )而与原发性肝癌门静脉和 /或胆管癌栓形成有关 ,伴癌栓病例PDGF和PDGFR阳性率分别为 76 9%和 76 9% ,不伴癌栓病例阳性率分别为2 5 0 %和 16 7% ,两者比较均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。阳性表达者MVC明显高于阴性表达者。结论 PDGF和PDGFR表达与原发性肝癌癌栓形成有关 ,可作为评价原发性肝癌预后的重要生物学标记物。研究结果可望为原发肝癌抑血管生成治疗提供实验依据和新线索。

Abstract:Objective To study the expressions of PDGF and PGDFR and their significance in primary hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC). Methods The expression of PDGF and PDGFR and micro-vessel density (MVD) in 38 cases of specimens of primary HCC were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There was no correlation among the positive rate of PDGF and PGDFR and pathological type, differentiatal degree, size and capsule of tumor and cirrhosis in primary HCC(P>0.05). The positive rates of PDGF and PDGFR in the HCC patients with the tumor emboli of portal vein and/or biliary duct were 76.9% and 76.9%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those(25.0% and 16.7%, respectively) in the ones without(P<0.01). MVD in the HCC with the positive expression of PDGF and PDGFR was obviously higher than that in the HCC without. Conclusion The expression of PDGF and PDGFR was significantly correlated with tumor emboli within the portal vein and/or biliary duct, and they might be important biological markers in primary HCC. The results may provide experimental evidence and new clue for anti-angiogenesis treatment of primary HCC.
