| 摘 要： | 对78例冠状动脉内支架术的患者进行观察与护理，认为术后做好细致的护理，严密观察血压及心电图变化，及时发现及处理冠状动脉内血栓形成、支架内血栓形成等并发症的发生，对支架植人术起着重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | To observe and attend 78 patients after the percutaneous intracomary stent implantation. To determine the importance of well-nursing after the PCI for the implantation. The well-nursing consists of the rigorous observation of changes of the blood pressure and ECG, the early find and treatment of the complications like the thrombosis in the coronary artery or in the stent. |
