| 摘 要： | 目的观察、分析自发性荧光电子支气管镜（AFB）对中央型肺癌诊断的价值。方法选取采用Olympus BF-F260型荧光电子支气管镜检查，并经病理检查确诊为中央型肺癌患者96例，鳞状上皮异型化生7例。分别对AFB镜下呈阳性、阴性结果对照分析。结果96例确诊中央型肺癌患者中AFB呈阳性81例，阴性15例，阳性率为84．4％；7例鳞状上皮异型化生者AFB呈阳性6例，阴性1例。结论AFB应用于中央型肺癌患者的检查，可提高早期中央型肺癌的确诊率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of central lung carcinoma by autofluorescence bronchoscopy. Method 96 patients with central lung carcinoma were diagnosised by Olympus BF-F260 autofluorescence bronchoscopy, and confirmed by pathological examination; and the rate of positive and negative were analyzed. Moreover 7 cases of epithelial atypia were found. Results 81 cases of central lung carcinoma were positive , the positive rate was 84.4% ; and 15 eases were negative, 6 cases of epithelial atypia were positive, 1 case was negative. Conclusion Examination of autofluorescence bronchoscopy may improve the early diagnosis in central lung carcinoma. |
