胆石症合并肝硬化手术治疗探讨

目的：观察外科手术治疗胆石症合并肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院2006年1月～2009年12月收治的63例胆石症合并肝硬化患者的临床资料。结果：本组患者均经外科手术治疗,A级患者好转率为94.6%,B级患者好转率为71.4%,C级患者好转率为33.3%,三组之间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A级患者总计发生术后并发症8例次,占21.6%;B级患者总计发生术后并发症8例次,占57.3%;C级患者总计发生术后并发症16例次,占100%,三组之间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：胆石症合并肝硬化是临床上较为严重的急症之一,肝功能的差异导致预后不同,对于该病应尽早发现、及早治疗。

Surgical treatment of cholelithiasis associated with liver cirrhosis

Objective：To observe the surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in patients with liver cancer. Methods：Retrospective analysis of hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 63 cases of cholelithiasis treated in the clinical data of patients with cirrhosis. Results：All patients were treated by surgery,A class of patients improved was 94.6%,B-class improvement in patients was 71.4%,C level was 33.3% of patients improved,three groups,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. A level in patients with a total of 8 cases of postoperative complications,accounting for 21.6%; B grade postoperative complications in patients with a total of 8 cases,accounting for 57.3%; C-class occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with a total of 16 cases,accounting for 100%. Three groups,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The clinical cholelithiasis associated with liver cirrhosis is one of the more serious emergency,differences in liver function and prognosis are different,found for the disease as soon as possible,early treatment.
