牛血清游离氟成分分析标准物质研制

根据地方性氟中毒防治、科研和监测工作中对氟测定质量控制的要求,研制了牛血清游离氟成分分析标准物质。进行标样制备及均匀性和稳定性检验;国内5家实验室采用3种不同原理分析方法对标样定值;定值数据统计处理,确定游离氟的保证值和不确定度。同时给出标准物质总氟参考值。研制结果表明标准物质均匀性符合要求,稳定性超过一年,量值结果准确可靠。

Preparation of certified reference materials of free fluoride component in cattle serum

For the quality control of fluoride monitoring in the research and prevention of endemic fluorosis, the authors prepared certified reference materials (CRM) of free fluoride component in cattle serum. The homogeneity and stability of the CRM was studied. Three different methods were adopted to determine the value of fluoride in the CRM by 5 national laboratories. The data were processed statistically to confirm the certified value and uncertainty of the CRM. The reference value of total fluoride in the CRM was given out. The results indicated that the homogeneity of the CRM met the demand and the stability can be kept over 1 year. The value was precise and reliable. The CRM has been used by several associated units.
