人工材料填充修复外伤后面部骨性凹陷

目的：总结目前常用的人工合成材料充填修复外伤性面部凹陷畸形的临床效果。方法：自1995年以来，对209例各种外伤性面部骨性缺损与凹陷畸形患者应用固体硅橡胶、羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨、膨体聚四氟乙烯填充材料进行修复。结果：全部病例填充后均获得了满意效果，总体并发症占3.3％，主要为材料排斥与感染，经处理后痊愈。结论：人工合成材料来源方便，填充效果较好，安全可靠，手术简便易行；三种材料各有自身的特点，可根据具体情况选择合适的材料进行充填。

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL MATERIAL IN FILLING TRAUMATIC DEPRESSED MALFORMATION OF FACIAL BONES

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the clinic al application of three kinds of comm on artificial material in filling tr aumatic depressed malformation of facial bones.Methods:From 1995,we used solid silasticin,hydroyapatite particulate and expanded poly-tetrafluoroethylene in filling dep ressed malformation in 209cases.Results:All cases were satisfactorily cured.The total complications rate was 3.3%,most of which were reje ction and infection.All of them were recovered after treatment.Conclusion:The artifical ma-terial is a safe and reliable measure in the treatment of depressed malformation and easily acquirable.We can select one of them in healling corresponding patient as i ts own specialty.
