地佐辛超前镇痛对甲状腺手术术后镇痛效果的影响

目的观察地佐辛切皮前给药对甲状腺手术术后镇痛效果的影响。方法全麻下行甲状腺次全切除术患者40例,随机均分为两组：对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉;研究组在切皮前加用地佐辛5mg。记录两组患者术后呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间以及术后30min、1h、6h、12h的疼痛语言分级评分（VRS评分）。观察24h不良反应的发生率。结果两组患者呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义,术后不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。研究组术后各时点无痛率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论地佐辛超前镇痛用于甲状腺手术可以明显缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者生活质量,效果确切,不良反应少。

Influence of Preemptive Analgesia by Using Dezocine on Thyroid Surgery

Objective To observe analgesia effect by using dezocine before skin incision. Methods 40 patients of general anesthesia and sub-total thyroidectomy were randomly divided into two groups.
