| 摘 要： | 目的通过对使用阿仑磷酸盐治疗人工股骨头置换股骨颈骨折的结果进行比较分析,探讨两者之间的差异。方法采用回顾性总结的方法,收集52例高龄老人股骨颈骨折采用人工股骨头置换术,随机分组使用阿磷酸盐治疗,经过12个月以上的随访,比较两组间在术后内固定物松动情况等方面存在的异同。结果阿仑磷酸盐组与非阿仑磷酸盐组比较,术后松动率有显著不同。阿仑磷酸盐组无明显的假体松动依据。结论对于骨质疏松的股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术患者,为较少的术后并发症发生使用阿仑磷酸盐辅助治疗较为合理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Through the comparitive analysis of the results of alendronic acid for the treatment of hemiarthroplasty femoral neck fracture,to discuss the differences between the two groups.
