| 摘 要： | 目的了解65岁以上的下呼吸道感染老年患者嗜肺军团菌（LP）感染情况。方法选取≥65岁的下呼吸道感染患者606例,男365例,女241例,年龄65岁至110岁,用间接免疫荧光法（IFA）检测其血清中嗜肺军团菌1型IgM（LP1-IgM）抗体。结果 606例的下呼吸道感染老年患者血清标本,检出阳性标本103例,阳性率17%。其中男365例（阳性率15.8%）,女241例（阳性率18.7%）,不同性别差异无显著性。从LP1年龄组间感染率比较无统计学意义（χ2=1.447,P〉0.05）。感染率存在季节差异,夏﹑秋季感染率高于春﹑冬季。结论 65岁以上的下呼吸道感染患者有一定的LP感染率,且为易感人群,不同年龄LP感染率无显著性差异,临床应重视嗜肺军团菌的实验室依据,合理诊治。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the situation of legionella pneumophila(LP) of low respiratory infection in elderly patients over 65 years old. Method 606 patients over 65 years old with the diagnosis of low respiratory infection were selected in the study,365 males,241 females,aged from 65 to 110 years old. Serum antibody(IgM) of LP1(LP1-IgM) was detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA) .
