中药重楼研究进展

摘    要:重楼为百合科植物云南重楼Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis或七叶一枝花Paris polyphylla var.chinensis的干燥根茎。对近年来重楼甾体类、氨基酸类无机元素、其他化合物以及止血作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗菌、抗炎作用、大脑与肾脑的保护作用,临床作用进行了归纳总结。认为甾体皂苷是重楼的主要活性物质,具有抗肿瘤、消炎、止血、抗氧化、促进子宫收缩和保护血管内皮细胞等药理作用。临床内服用于止血、止痛、抗癌抗肿瘤,外用抗感染、抗炎镇痛。目前,还未开发出具有很好活性的创新药物,需要加快重楼的药物创新研究。

Abstract:Paridis Rhizoma is the dry rhizome of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis(Franch.) Hand.-Mazz. or Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis(Franch.) Hara. This paper summarizes the chemical composition, pharmacologic actions and clinical use of the herb in recent years. It mainly contains steroidal saponins, sterol, mineral element and free amino acids, and steroidal saponin is its main ingredient. It has effects of antitumor, antiphlogistic, hemostatic, anti-oxidation and uterine contraction. Paridis Rhizoma is being used in analgesia and hemostasis, anticancer by oral administration, and being used in anti-infection and anti-inflammatory and analgesic by external application. However, no innovative drugs with good activity have been developed from Paridis Rhizoma yet. Therefore, we should speed up the researches on Paridis Rhizoma, and make a further research progress for its innovation.
