减轻纤维支气管镜受检者痛苦的方法探讨

目的为减轻纤维支气管镜受检者的痛苦,探讨心理行为干预是否是减轻纤维支气管镜受检者痛苦的有效方法。方法将首次接受纤维支气管镜检查者随机分为干预组和对照组,两组均予以常规的术前心理护理,干预组另再实施心理行为干预。让两组患者在接受常规的术前心理护理之后实施心理行为干预之前填写Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、在接受纤维支气管镜检查术2 h后填写＂自我评定问卷＂。结果干预组和对照组比较,Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）得分两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;＂自我评定问卷＂17项对照项目中,干预组和对照组比较11项差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在纤维支气管镜检查术前对首次接受检查者进行心理行为干预,是一种可以减轻纤维支气管镜受检者痛苦的有效方法。
