湖南省某医院医务人员吸烟现状及相关知识调查

目的探讨医务人员吸烟行为流行情况以及对吸烟的知识与态度。方法参照有关资料自行设计调查问卷,采用整群抽样法,于2010年11月对湖南省某医院578名医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员现在吸烟率为19.38%,其中男性吸烟率为33.64%,女性为1.56%;不同性别、年龄、文化程度与职称的医务人员吸烟率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在对吸烟相关知识与态度方面,医务人员知道吸烟与被动吸烟均易引起肺部疾病等常见危害,但仍有22.49%人员对其它器官的危害性了解不多,大部分医务人员认为吸烟是一种社交需要,可以缓解压力。结论男性医务人员吸烟状况比较严重,尤其是医疗单位人员吸烟对周围人群有很大的负面影响,应加强医疗单位的控烟,创建无烟医院环境,使其在烟草控制工作中起到表率和支持作用。

Survey on Current Status of Smoking and Smoking-related Knowledge Among Medical Staff Members of a Hospital in Hunan

Objective To explore the prevalence of smoking behavior and the smoking-related knowledge and attitude in medical professionals.
