老年COPD急性发作期SIRS评分、高敏C-反应蛋白与患者预后的相关性研究

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性发作期全身炎性反应综合征（SIRS）评分、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与患者预后的关系。方法选择2009年6月~2011年6月在我院治疗的老年COPD急性发作期患者120例为研究对象,记录SIRS评分并检测血清hs-CRP,探讨二者与患者预后的相关性。结果随着SIRS评分的升高,患者死亡率、hs-CRP水平显著升高,血气分析指标动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）及动脉血氧饱和度（SaO2）逐渐恶化,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Hs-CRP、PaO2、PaCO2及SaO2与SIRS评分显著相关（P〈0.05）。结论 SIRS评分及hs-CRP水平与老年COPD急性发作期患者病情严重程度密切相关,二者可作为评估患者预后的预测指标。

Correlation research of SIRS scores and hs-CRP with prognosis in elderly acute COPD patients

Objective To investigate the correlation of SIRS scores and hs-CRP with prognosis in elderly acute COPD patients.Methods 120 cases with elderly acute COPD from June 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.SIRS scores were recorded and serum hs-CRP were measured.Relationship among SIRS scores and hs-CRP with prognosis were explored.Results Mortality rate,hs-CRP level were found increased and PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 gradually deteriorated with SIRS scores increased,the differences were all statistically significant（all P 0.05）;hs-CRP,PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 were correlated with SIRS scores（P 0.05）.Conclusion SIRS scores and hs-CRP level have a close relationship with the elderly acute COPD.They can be a prediction index for evaluating prognosis.
