社区医务人员焦虑抑郁及影响因素研究

目的探讨社区医务人员的焦虑抑郁状况及影响因素,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自编一般情况调查问卷、焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）,对1 040名社区医务人员进行测评。结果焦虑、抑郁情绪检出率分别为10.96%、13.65%,男女差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.124,P〉0.05;χ2=2.376,P〉0.05）;工作年限越长和生活压力越大是焦虑情绪的危险因素（P〈0.05）,初婚、与直系亲属关系越好和与朋友关系越好是其保护因素（P〈0.05）;教育程度越高、生活压力越大是抑郁情绪的危险因素（P〈0.05）,与非直系亲属关系越好、对家庭义务履行情况越好和公众对自身职业的态度越好是其保护因素（P〈0.05）。结论社区医务人员的心理健康状况不容乐观,并受多种因素影响,应有针对性地进行早期心理干预,预防焦虑抑郁情绪的发生。

Investigation of anxiety,depression and influence factors in community health workers

Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of anxiety and depression in community health workers,and to provide reference information for formulating pointed intervention study.Methods Self direct questionnaire of normal condition,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） were used as a measure to assess 1 040 community health workers.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression was respectively 10.96% and 13.65%,the difference of female and male was not statistically significant（χ2=0.124,P 0.05;χ2=2.376,P 0.05）;the longer working life and the larger living pressure are risk factors of anxiety（P 0.05）;the first marriage,the better direct relationship and friendship were protective factors of anxiety（P 0.05）;the higher educational status and the larger living pressure were risk factors of depression（P 0.05）;the better indirect relationship,condition of fulfilling family responsibility and public attitude of occupation are protective factors of depression（P 0.05）.Conclusion The mental health condition of community health workers is not so good,this particular group needs mentality sustention and psycho-intervention in order to prevent the anxiety and depression.
