HER2蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达状态及其临床病理意义

目的研究HER2在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达情况及临床病理特征,探讨其相关性。方法免疫组化法检测322例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中HER2和雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）表达状态（其中卵巢上皮性癌242例,交界性上皮性肿瘤65例,良性上皮性肿瘤15例）。结果 HER2在卵巢交界性肿瘤及上皮性癌中的过表达率显著高于良性肿瘤,但前两者间表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;卵巢上皮性癌中HER2在激素受体表达、组织学分型和组织学分级的各组表达率中差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;HER2在透明细胞腺癌中表达率最高（42.11%）;HER2表达与FIGO分期、患者年龄、淋巴结转移以及肿瘤发生侧别无关（P〉0.05）。结论 HER2在各型卵巢上皮性癌中表达不同,HER2可能成为卵巢上皮性癌,特别是透明细胞腺癌的潜在治疗靶点。

Expression of HER2 protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and their clinicopathologic significance

Objective To study the expression of HER2 in epithelial ovarian cancer,and to analysis the correlation with clinicopathologic significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of HER2,ER and PR proteins in 322 tumor tissues,including 242 epithelial ovarian carcinoma,65 borderline tumors and 15 benign tumors.Results The overexpression rates of HER2 in borderline and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors were significantly higher than that in benign tumors,but there was no significant difference between borderline and malignant tumors（P 0.05）.In epithelial ovarian carcinoma,HER2 overexpression was a significant difference in the horm one receptors,histological subtypes and histological Grades（P 0.05）.HER2 overexpression rate of the ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma was the highest（42.11%）.HER2 expression was not associated with FIGO stage,patient age,lymph node metastasis,and tumor side（P 0.05）.Conclusion HER2 appeared the different expression in various histologic types of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,and HER2 is a potential target for treatment of epithelial ovarian cacinoma,especially in clear cell adenocarcinoma.
