中西药分阶段轮换治疗再发性尿路感染的研究

目的观察中西药结合分阶段轮换治疗再发性尿路感染（RUTI）的效果。方法将我院60例RUTI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组用胸腺五肽联合抗菌药和三金片分阶段轮换治疗;对照组单纯用抗菌药轮换治疗。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征、尿常规、中段尿培养等变化。结果与对照组相比,胸腺五肽联合抗菌药和三金片分阶段轮换治疗RUTI可以提高治愈率和总有效率（P〈0.05）,并可显著减少RUTI再发率（P〈0.01）和药物的不良反应（P〈0.05）,患者满意率及依从性均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论胸腺五肽联合抗菌药和三金片分阶段轮换治疗RUTI疗效好,不良反应少,复发率低,患者愿意接受,依从性好,适合临床应用。

Research on phased rotation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection

Objective To explore the treatment effect on phased rotation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection（RUTI）.Methods 60 cases of RUTI in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,treatment group was treated with Thymopentin combined with antimicrobials and Sanjin Tablets phased rotation;the control group was treated with simple antimicrobials rotation.The changes of the two groups patients before and after treatment in symptoms,signs,urine,urine culture of middle and so on were observed.Results Compared with the control group,Thymopentin combined with antibacterials and Sanjin Tablets phased rotation in the treatment of RUTI can improve the cure rate and the total efficiency（P 0.05）,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of RUTI（P 0.01） and adverse drug reaction（P 0.05）.Besides,the patients＇ satisfaction rate and compliance were significantly higher than that of control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion The Thymopentin combine antimicrobials and Sanjin Tablets phase rotation in the treatment of RUTI has good curative effect,less adverse reaction,low recurrence rate,patients are willing to accept,compliance is good.Thus,it is suitable for clinical application.
