PDCA循环模式在急诊危重患者安全转运中的应用探讨

目的探讨PDCA循环模式在急诊危重症患者安全转运过程中的应用及效果。方法我院自2010年1月采用PDCA循环模式对急诊危重症患者进行转运。本研究选择PDCA循环模式实施前转运患者120例作为对照组,选择PDCA循环模式实施后转运患者120例作为实验组。比较两组患者意外发生率及家属满意率情况。结果实验组患者转运过程中无转运意外发生,对照组转运意外发生率为5.83%,实验组转运意外发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P=0.016）。实验组患者家属满意率为98.3%,对照组患者家属满意率为86.7%,实验组患者家属满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P=0.024）。结论 PDCA循环模式能够改善急诊危重症患者转运安全,提高护理质量。

Application of PDCA cycle mode in patient with critical illness during emergency transport

Objective To investigate the application and effect of PDCA cycle mode in patient with critical illness during emergency transport.Methods The PDCA cycle mode,which was used to transport emergency patients,was applied in our hospital since January 2010.In this study 120 cases of patients were selected before implementation of PDCA cycle mode as the control group,while 120 cases of patients were selected after implementation of PDCA cycle mode as the experimental group.Then patients accident rate and dependents satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no accident during emergency transport in the experimental group,while the patients accident rate in the control group during emergency transport was 5.83%.The accident rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P = 0.016）.The dependents satisfaction rates of the experimental group and the control group were 98.3% and 86.7% respectively,which of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P = 0.024）.Conclusion The PDCA cycle model is able to improve the safety of emergency transport and quality of care.
