38例银杏达莫注射液不良反应报告分析

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液不良反应发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从性别、年龄、不良反应发生时间、临床表现等方面对38例银杏达莫注射液不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果银杏达莫注射液不良反应表现以皮疹、恶心、呕吐、憋气、头晕、寒战为主,多在注射过程中出现。新的、严重的比例较高,有23例（60.5%）,其中1例致过敏性休克,50岁以上年龄段发生率较高。结论应加强银杏达莫注射液不良反应监测,掌握其相关因素及临床表现,促进合理用药。

Analysis of 38 cases of ADR reports of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection

Objective To explore the rules and characteristics of adverse reactions of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 38 ADR reports of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection were analyzed retrospectively from gender,age,time of adverse reactions,clinical manifestation,etc.Results Main clinical manifestation of adverse reactions were rash,nausea,vomiting,choking,dizzy,shivering,mainly appeared in the injection process.New serious adverse reactions achieved a higher proportion,23 cases（60.5%）.1 case was serious allergic shock.Over 50 years old had a higher incidence.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,master the related factors and clinical manifestation of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,and promote rational drug use.
