摘    要:目的:研究COL4A1基因多态性与包头地区女性骨密度关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,收集来自包头医学院第一附属医院进行健康体检的596例女性流行病学资料,用双能X线吸收仪对研究对象进行骨扫描,应用PCR型-RFLP方法检测COL4A1基因型,采用Logistic回归法分析COL4A1多态性与骨密度间的关系。结果:调整主要混杂因素后,COL4A1基因TT基因型与绝经前、后女性骨量流失及骨质疏松有显著相关性(P=0.040,P=0.048)。结论:在包头地区人群中COL4A1基因TT基因型是女性骨量流失和骨质疏松的保护因素。

Abstract:Objective:To research the relationship between COL4A1 gene polymorphism and female bone mineral density(BMD) in Baotou area.Methods:A case-control study was conducted,the epidemiological data of 596 women who received physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were collected;dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was used for bone scanning,and PCR-RFLP was applied to detect COL4A1 genotypes;logistic regression method was used to analyze the relationship between COL4A1 gene polymorphism and BMD.Results:After adjusting main confounding factors,there was significant correlation between TT genotype of COL4A1 gene and bone loss and osteoporosis in premenopausal and postmenopausal women(P=0.040,P=0.048).Conclusion:TT genotype of COL4A1 gene is one of protective factors of female bone loss and osteoporosis in Baotou area.
