2009—2011年武汉地区32家医院眼用抗感染制剂应用分析

目的：了解2009—2011年武汉地区32家医院眼用抗感染制剂应用情况和变化趋势,为临床用药及药品的合理配置提供参考。方法：统计2009—2011年武汉地区32家医院眼用抗感染制剂使用数量及销售金额,并分析其应用情况及变化趋势。结果：统计数据显示,2009—2011年武汉地区32家医院眼用抗感染制剂用量及销售金额呈稳步上升趋势。眼用抗细菌感染制剂用量及销售金额均最高;2011年眼用抗病毒感染制剂用量及销售金额有下降趋势;眼用抗真菌感染制剂用量及销售金额逐年增长。结论：眼部感染疾病的发病和流行病学是导致眼用抗感染药使用增长的原因。近年新型抗菌药物的问世,为制备眼用抗感染制剂提供了原料,也为新型的眼用制剂提供了基础。

Analysis of Utilization of Ophthalmic Anti-infective Drugs in 32 Hospitals in Wuhan Area During 2009-2011

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and the developmental tendency of the use of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area during 2009-2011 for clinical references of rational use and allocation of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs.METHODS：The use of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area during 2009-2011 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption amount and consumption sum status quo,meanwhile,the developmental tendency of the use of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs in 32 hospitals was also analyzed.RESULTS：The statistical data showed that both the consumption amount and consumption sum of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs in Wuhan area during 2009-2011 had stable increase.In terms of the consumption amount and consumption sum,ophthalmic anti-bacterial agents took the lead;In 2011,ophthalmic antiviral drugs showed downward trend yet ophthalmic anti-fungal drugs increased year by year in both consumption amount and consumption sum.CONCLUSION：The morbidity and epidemiology of ophthalmic infection diseases are associated with the increased use of ophthalmic anti-infective drugs.The neotype antibiotics available in recent years serve as raw materials for ophthalmic anti-infective preparations as well as basis for the preparation of new ophthalmic preparations.
