| 摘 要： | 目的观察罗格列酮对2型糖尿病合并不稳定性心绞痛患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及白细胞介素-18（IL-18）的影响。方法 82例2型糖尿病合并不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为罗格列酮组（n=41）和常规治疗组（n=41）。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂及血清MMP-9I、L-18的差别。结果治疗前两组患者空腹血糖、血脂及血清MMP-9I、L-18的水平无显著差异（P〉0.05）;治疗4个月后,两组患者空腹血糖、血脂无显著差异,血清MMP-9及IL-18较治疗前均下降（P〈0.01）,罗格列酮组较常规治疗组下降明显,两组间差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论罗格列酮能减少糖尿病合并不稳定心绞痛患者炎症介质的分泌,可能具有改善动脉粥样硬化的作用。 |
