解剖课目标教学的尝试

以本校９３级成人职教班为试点（系统解剖（系解）用传统教学，局部解剖（局解）用目标教学法），并以９２级医士班为对照（系解、局解均用传统教学法）。结果：９２级班基础好，系解成绩优者占２８．６％，良者占３４．７％，及格者占２８．６％，不及格者占８．１％；局解成绩优者占４２．０％，良者占３２％，及格者占２０％，不及格者占６％。而９３级班差生集聚，系解成绩优者占１６％，良者占２２％，及格者占３６％，及格者占２６％；局解成绩优者占４１．７％，良者占４８．０％，及格者占８．３％，不及格者占２．０％。结果表明，目标教学能充分调动学生的积极性，打破知识积累缺陷的恶性循环，是教改成败的主要关键。

IMPROVING THE TEACHING OF ANATOMY BY MEANS OF GOAL TEACHING METHOD

In this paper,the grade 1(grade 93)was used as the test group.The teachingcourse was systematic anatomy in which the routine teaching method was used and thenthe goal teaching method was applied to teach topographic anatomy. The grade 2(grade92)was served as the control group in which the routine teaching method was used bothin teaching systematic anatomy and topographic anatomy. In the grade 1 the studentswere mostly short in learning ability,after the goal teaching method was used,the learn-ing results were significantly improved.It is concluded that the goal teaching method canmobilize the learning enthusiasm and break down the vicious circle of inadequate learningof knowledge,and is indeed a sucessful key point of the education reformation.
