解剖课目标教学的尝试

摘    要:
以本校93级成人职教班为试点(系统解剖(系解)用传统教学,局部解剖(局解)用目标教学法),并以92级医士班为对照(系解、局解均用传统教学法)。结果:92级班基础好,系解成绩优者占28.6%,良者占34.7%,及格者占28.6%,不及格者占8.1%;局解成绩优者占42.0%,良者占32%,及格者占20%,不及格者占6%。而93级班差生集聚,系解成绩优者占16%,良者占22%,及格者占36%,及格者占26%;局解成绩优者占41.7%,良者占48.0%,及格者占8.3%,不及格者占2.0%。结果表明,目标教学能充分调动学生的积极性,打破知识积累缺陷的恶性循环,是教改成败的主要关键。

Abstract:
In this paper,the grade 1(grade 93)was used as the test group.The teachingcourse was systematic anatomy in which the routine teaching method was used and thenthe goal teaching method was applied to teach topographic anatomy. The grade 2(grade92)was served as the control group in which the routine teaching method was used bothin teaching systematic anatomy and topographic anatomy. In the grade 1 the studentswere mostly short in learning ability,after the goal teaching method was used,the learn-ing results were significantly improved.It is concluded that the goal teaching method canmobilize the learning enthusiasm and break down the vicious circle of inadequate learningof knowledge,and is indeed a sucessful key point of the education reformation.
