| 摘 要： | 吸入及静脉点滴琥珀酰胆碱全身麻醉方法施喉部显微外科手术２４０例。采用带低压套囊气管插管麻醉，效果好，安全，可靠；但也有不利的方面。２４０例中在麻醉插管支撑喉镜时发生高血压５０例（２０．８３％）、心律失常４０例（１６．６７％），并有１例拔管即刻发生喉痉挛（０．４２％），经处理均恢复正常。认为麻醉中发生高血压及心律失常可能因麻醉过浅。 |

| Abstract: | Inhalation anesthesia and continuous intravenous dripple succinylcholine for removal of vocal cord polyps with microscopic technique were performed on 240 patients. Orotracheal tube with high residual volume cuff had been used.The complications of anesthesia included hypertension(20. 83%), cardiac arrhythmia(16.67%)and one patient of laryngospasm after extubation(0.42%).Laryngospasm was related to the operative trauma of bilateral vocal cord and too early extubation,The orotracheal tube hypertention and arrhyehmia were caused by shallow anesthesia. |
