416名男男性接触者HIV和梅毒感染状况及性行为特征

目的 了解北京市部分男男性接触（MSM）人群的行为特征及该人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）和梅毒感染情况。方法 访谈员在志愿者带领下，到MSM人群聚集的场所，对符合条件的MSM进行知情同意的一对一访谈，并留取血液样本进行抗-HIV、梅毒检测。结果 接受调查的416人中，49．0％的调查对象与女性有性接触；与男性非固定性伴安全套使用率高于与固定性伴，与女性固定性伴和非固定性伴安全套使用率分别为16．5％和40．0％；梅毒和HIV的感染率分别为10．3％和1．7％。感染状况与调查对象的文化程度和性伴数密切相关。结论 北京MSM的性活动活跃、性伴多，近半数有女性性伴，安全套正确使用率低；存在艾滋病、梅毒感染和进一步扩大传播的危险。

Study of HIV and syphilis infection situation and sexual behavioral characteristics among 416 MSM

Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics and HIV and syphilis infection situation among MSM populations in Beijing. Method interviewers, together with MSM volunteers, conducted face to face interviews with MSM which were in line with the selection criteria, and blood samples were taken for HIV - tests and syphilis tests in MSM- centered places. Results A total of 415 MSM were investigated, of whom 49 % had sex with women. The condom use rate was higher with a casual sex partner than with a regular male partner. The condom use rates during sex with regular female partners and casual female partners were 16.5 % and 40.0% , respectively. The syphilis and HIV infection rates are 10.3 % and 1.7 % respectively, and the infection situation is closely related to the educational background and number of partners. Conclusions The MSM population in Belling is active sexually. Many have multiple sex partners, and nearly half of them have sex with women. Further, condom use rate is low;HIV and syphilis epidemic exist in this population and there is a concern that the epidemic will expand further.
