| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗（BAL）在严重肺部感染并肺不张的临床价值。方法对36例经内科常规治疗效果不佳的严重肺部感染并肺不张的患者行支气管肺泡灌洗（BAL）。结果总有效率为98％无严重并发症及意外发生。结论支气管肺泡灌洗治疗严重肺部感染并肺不张疗效显著，安全可靠，简便易行，值得临床推广。
