医院集中空调送风系统卫生学现况调查

摘    要:
目的了解医院集中空调送风系统卫生学现状,为医院卫生管理提供依据。方法于2009年4—9月对深圳市福田区6家医院集中空调送风系统送风口送风中的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌及送风中可吸入颗粒物进行检测。结果送风口送风中细菌总数合格率为84.1%,真菌总数合格率为92.9%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%,送风中可吸入颗粒物合格率为90.3%。按送风口所属区域划分,各区域的送风口细菌总数、真菌总数和β-溶血性链球菌的合格率差异均无统计学意义,送风中可吸入颗粒物合格率有区域性差异,以诊室的合格率最低。结论建议加强医院诊室等区域的通风效果,以降低相关卫生学指标的浓度,保障区域内人群的健康。加强医院集中空调的管理,并定期清洗和消毒风管及其他设施。

Abstract:
[Objective]To understand the hygienic current situation of air supply system of central air conditioning in hospitals,provide the basis for health management of hospital.[Methods]The total bacterial count,total fungus,β-Hemolytic Streptococcus and inhalation of air particles in supply air of air supply system of central air conditioning in 6 hospitals in Futian district of Shenzhen city from April to September in 2009 were detected.[Results]The qualified rate of total bacterial count,total fungus,β-Hemolytic Streptococcus and inhalation of air particles in supply air of air supply outlet was 84.1%,92.9%,100% and 90.3% respectively.There were no significant differences in the qualified rate of total bacterial count,total fungus,β-Hemolytic Streptococcus among air supply outlets in different regions,but the difference in the qualified rate of inhalation of air particles in different regions was significant,and the qualified rate in consulting-room was the lowest.[Conclusion]It is suggested that ventilation effect in hospital,especially in regions of consulting-room,should be improved to reduce concentration of related hygienic index and support health of people in the regions.The management of central air conditioning in hospital should be strengthened,and the air ducts and other facilities should be clean and disinfect termly.
