| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法:将60例深静脉血栓患者随机分为对照组18例和实验组42例。对照组行常规抗凝、康复治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上,进行间歇性四肢血液循环泵治疗。结果:我科自2007年6月以来共运用间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗下肢深静脉血栓60例,在第7、10天实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗深静脉血栓疗效明确,且副作用较小,临床应用值得推广。
