| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因及防治措施。方法21例术后出血患者分别通过四种方法止血：注射器加压加速冲洗膀胱,通畅后加大Foley氏三腔尿管气囊容量,增加尿管拉力;拔血器清除膀胱内积聚血块;电切镜止血;开放手术止血。结果21例术后出血患者,注射器加压加速冲洗止血8例,拔血器处理止血4例,电切镜止血6例,再次开放手术止血3例,未发生严重并发症及死亡。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因是多方面的,术前完善准备、术中止血确切及保证术后冲洗通畅是减少术后出血的关键,一旦发生出血,通过上述方法均能满意止血。
