特发性血小板减少性紫癜与血小板相关抗体,膜糖蛋白表达的关系

目的：观察ＩＴＰ患者不同年龄组中ＰＡＩｇ升高的类型及ＣＤ４１ａ和ＣＤ６２ｐ的血小板阳性率和荧光强度。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对２２０例ＩＴＰ患者进行ＰＡＩｇＧ、Ｍ、Ａ测定，其中４０例采用流式细胞术测定ＣＤ４１ａ和ＣＤ６２ｐ血小板阳性率及荧光强度。结果：ＰＡＩｇＧ、Ｍ、Ａ均升高在三组中占大多数，ＰＡＩｇＧ、Ｍ升高，青中年组高于其它二组，单纯ＰＡＩｇＧ升高，儿童组、青中年组高于老年组。结论：ＩＴＰ以ＰＡ

The Relationship of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura with Plateletassociated Antibodies and the Expression of Platelet Membrane Glucoprotein

To observe of the types of increased PAIg, the positive rate and fluorescent intensity of CD 41 a and CD 62 p platelets of different age groups patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura. Methods: PAIgG, M, A in platelets of 220 cases with ITP were determined by ELISA, and positive rate and fluopescent intensity CD 41 a and CD 62 p in platelets of 40 cases with ITP were determined by flow cytometry technique. Results: The majority of three group patients have increased PAIgG, M, A. The elevation of PAIgG, M was more common in middle age group than in another two groups, and the elevation of single PAIgG was biger in children group than in another two groups. The positive rate and fluorescent intensity CD 41 a and CD 62 p in platelets, the children group was highest in all three groups. The dual positive platelets of both CD 41 a and CD 62 p, which in both the children group and middle age group were higher than in the old age group. Conclusion: All PAIgG, M, A elevation was the predominant type. The positive rate and fluorescent intensity of CD 41 a in platelets with ITP was declined with the age elevation. Furthermore, the CD 62 p has the same trends as the CD 41 a.
