| 摘 要： | 目的对滑膜间充质干细胞(synovium-derived mesenchymal stem cells,SMSCs)的研究进展及在组织工程中的应用进行综述。方法查阅近年SMSCs相关文献,从分离培养方法、基本特性及在组织工程中的应用三方面进行综述。结果 SMSCs具有分离方法简便、增殖能力及多分化能力较强的特点,已有研究将其应用于软骨、肌腱、韧带及骨组织工程领域。结论 SMSCs是MSCs家族的新成员,可能会成为组织工程领域新的种子细胞,还需要进一步深入研究。 |
