仙灵骨葆胶囊对骨折愈合相关血生化指标影响的临床研究

目的:评价仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨折病人的临床疗效。方法:选取2003至2005年本院60例应用仙灵骨葆胶囊及对照药物的患者进行了系统的临床观察,并比较了患者血钙、磷的变化。结果:结论:与对照组相比,治疗组骨折愈合时间明显缩短而骨痂评分显著增加(P<0.05);骨折后血清钙明显增高,而后逐渐下降;与此相反,血磷在伤后明显降低,而后逐渐增加;相比对照组,治疗组血钙下降和血磷上升均更明显(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆能明显缩短骨折患者的愈合时间,此功能与其增加钙磷沉积具有一定的相关性。

Clinical study on Effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule on Serum Biochemical Indicators in Bone Fracture Healing Patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao capsules on serum biochemical indicators in bone fracture healing patients. Methods:60 cases from 2003 to 2005 year in our hospital with bone fracture were observed on the symptom before and after the therapy. They were randomly allocated and treated with Xianling Gubao capsule or not. The healing time, bony callus and serum biochemical indicators were measured. Results:The mean healing time of bone fracture patient in treated group was obviously shorter than the control group. At the same time, the mean score of bony callus in treated group was significantly higher than control group at the different time point after treatment. Serum calcium was decreased while serum phosphorus was increased gradually. These changes were remarked in treatment group than control group. Conclusions:The effect of Xianling Gubao capsule on bone fracture healing is related to calcium and phosphorus deposition.
