宁波市非营利性养老机构服务现状调查

目的 了解宁波市非营利性养老机构的服务现状及存在的问题,为进一步提高养老服务质量提供参考。方法 于2013年7-8月采用方便抽样的方法,分别对宁波市5家非营利性养老机构的12位负责人和机构中的100位老年人进行问卷调查。结果 5家非营利性养老机构共有床位数3300张,平均入住率为83.33%;护理人员占职工总人数的10.03%,其中,规模较大的养老机构护理人员与入住老人之比为1:28.4,规模较小者为1:57.1;养老机构主要服务内容为提供基本生活照顾;入住人群主要是70~89岁能自理的老人,占88.00%;子女个数与文化程度对入住老年人的生活满意度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01);入住养老机构的主要原因是子女工作忙,不愿劳累子女和养老机构人多可以促进沟通。结论 宁波市养老机构护理人员相对不足,在服务内容和服务质量方面应进一步改进。

Elderly care service in urban non-profit pension agencies in Ningbo city

Objective To examine the contidition and problems of care service in non-profit elderly care institutions in urban areas of Ningbo city and to provide references for improving service quality of the agencies.Methods Convenience sampling was adopted to select 12 managers and 100 elderly persons in 5 pension agencies for a questionnaire survey.Results For the 5 institutions surveyed,the total number of bed was 3300; the average occupancy rate was 83.33%; the nursing staff accounted averagely for only 10.03% of the total staff; the ratio of the nursing staff versus the elderly stayed in the institution was 1:28.4 for the larger agencies and 1:57.1 for the smaller agencies.The pension agencies mainly provided basic daily-life care to the elderly stayed,of which,88% were the elderly aged 70-89 years and basically taking care of themselves.The results of univariate analysis revealed that the satisfaction of the elderly to the service provided was significantly influenced by the number of children and education level of the elderly(both P<0.01).The main reasons for the elderly staying in the pension agency were with the children being busy with their work,not willing to trouble their children,and being like to live in an environment convenient for communication among the elderly.Conclusion There is a deficit for the amount of nursing staff and the items and the quality of care services need to be improved for urban pension agencies in Ningbo city.
