| 摘 要： | 目的：对不同丹皮饮片进行丹皮酚含量测定,比较其质量优劣。方法：采用薄层色谱法、分光光度法对各类丹皮饮片中丹皮酚进行分析。结果：不同产地、不同购地的丹皮饮片有相当一部分达不到《中国药典》规定的标准。结论：目前市售丹皮饮片质量差异较大,应引起关部门注意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:By measuring the content of peaonol in the Cortex Moutan Radia's produced or bought from different places, the qualities of those Cortex Moutan Radia's were compared. Methods:The content of peaonol were determined by spectrophotometry and TLC. Results:A number of prepared Chinese Cortex Moutan Radia's produced from different places are not qualified according to the standard of "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China". Conclusion:The qualities of prepared Chinese Cortex Moutan Radia's sold in market must be payed attention to with their divergence. |
