瑞芬太尼预处理对大鼠脑缺血再灌注心肌氧化损伤的影响

摘    要:
目的观察瑞芬太尼预处理对脑缺血再灌注后心肌细胞损伤的影响。方法健康成年wistar雄性大鼠72只随机分为假手术组(sham组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、瑞芬太尼预处理组(R组)。采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法来建立脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。sham组暴露双侧颈总动脉不夹闭;I/R组夹闭两侧颈总动脉5min;R组夹闭前持续输注瑞芬太尼2μg·kg-1·min-1。检测大鼠心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量及肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)含量变化。结果与sham组相比,I/R组和R组SOD值降低,MDA值增高,CK-MB值增高,且在6h、12h、24h时间点差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与R组相比,I/R组SOD值降低,MDA值增高,CK-MB值增高,且在6h、12h、24h时间点差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼预处理可以降低大鼠脑缺血再灌注后心肌细胞的损伤作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of remifentani1 pretreatment on oxidative damage of myocardial cells in rats with brain ischemia-reperfusion. Methods 72 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into Sham operation group(Sham), Ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R), Remifentanil pretreatment group(R). Brain I/R was produced by clamping the bilateral common carotid artery(CCA). In group sham, the CCA was only exposed with out clamping; In group I/R, the CCA was clamped for 5 min; In group R, Remifentanil was infused at 2μg·kg-1·min-1 for 30min. The contents of SOD, MDA and CK-MB were measured in myocardial tissue of all groups. Result SOD were lower but MDA and CK-MB were higher in group R and I/R group than in group sham(P0.05). SOD were lower but MDA and CK-MB were higher in group I/R than in group R(P0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil can reduce the myocardial cells damage in rats with brain ischemia-reperfusion
