| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甘露醇治疗脑出血引起急性肾功衰竭的防治方案。方法对256例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果经统计学处理肾功能衰竭的发生情况,治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肾功能衰竭的转归情况,治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义。结论甘露醇与甘油果糖联用;早期应用小剂量多巴胺、立其丁;小剂量应用甘露醇,滴速不能过快,疗程不能过长。以上方法能有效防治甘露醇治疗脑出血引起的急性肾功衰竭。
