| 摘 要： | 目的比较碧兰麻根管内浸润麻醉与粘膜下浸润麻醉的麻醉效果。方法 261颗冠髓无活力、根髓有活力的乳牙分别采用碧兰麻根管内浸润与粘膜下浸润麻醉治疗。结果两者有效率均为100%,作用效果差别无统计学意义。结论碧兰麻根管内浸润效果良好,患儿更易接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of Primacaine infiltration anesthesia in root canal and submucous infiltration anesthesia.Method Primacaine infiltration anesthesia in root canal and submucous infiltration anesthesia treatment are respectively used to 261 deciduous teeth of coronal pulp without vitality but root pulp with vitality.Result Both are 100% efficient and there is no statistics significance of difference in effect.Conclusion Primacaine infiltration anesthesia in root canal works well and is more acceptable to children. |
