| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运动想象结合运动再学习疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者肚体功能恢复和生存质量改善的治疗价值。方法:将60例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组患者均接受神经内科常规药物治疗和运动再学习(MRP)治疗,治疗组同时采用运动想象训练。采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、改良Barthel指数法(MBI)和WHOQOL-BREF中文版对2组患者治疗前、后肢体功能及日常生活活动能力和生活质量进行评定。结果:(1)2组患者治疗前肢体运动功能差异无统计学意义;治疗后1个月、3个月肢体运动功能差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05,P<0.01)。(2)2组患者治疗前日常生活活动能力差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月、3个月差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.05,P<0.01)。(3)ⅣHOQOL-BREF中文版评分:治疗前治疗组和对照组无差异(P>0.05),3个月后冶疗组显着高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运动想象结合运动再学习疗法可以有效地改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力,提高患者生存质量。
