尿路感染患者病原菌分布及药敏分析

摘    要:
目的探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性特征,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法收集326例尿路感染患者中段尿标本分离的病原菌进行鉴定及药敏实验。结果 G-杆菌最多(58.28%),G+球菌其次(32.52%),真菌最少(9.20%)。产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率分别为53.54%和28.13%。细菌对各种抗菌药物有不同程度的耐药率,表现为多重耐药。结论尿路感染应及时进行尿液细菌培养及药敏试验,慎重应用抗菌药物,以减少耐药菌的产生。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens of the patients with the urinary tract infection and its drug resistance,and provide objective evidences for clinical treatments.Methods 326 strains of bacteria were isolated,which were cultured and subjected to drug sensitivity test.Results Of the 326 strains of bacteria,Gram-negative bacilli took the lead,accounting for(58.28%) of the total,followed by Gram-positive cocci(32.52%) and fungi(9.20%).The detection rates of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli...
