| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性特征,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法收集326例尿路感染患者中段尿标本分离的病原菌进行鉴定及药敏实验。结果 G-杆菌最多（58.28%）,G＋球菌其次（32.52%）,真菌最少（9.20%）。产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率分别为53.54%和28.13%。细菌对各种抗菌药物有不同程度的耐药率,表现为多重耐药。结论尿路感染应及时进行尿液细菌培养及药敏试验,慎重应用抗菌药物,以减少耐药菌的产生。 |
